Description
Plain Weave-The most commonly used weave
Each weft wire passes alternatively over and under each warp wire and vice versa.
Warp adn weft wire diameters are usually the same.
Twill Weave
Stroner than plain weave. Each weft wire alternatively crosses over two, then under two warp wires. Twill weave is usually used to accomnadate a heavier wire diameter than standard in associaition with a given mesh and it's more deformable to mechanical pressure.
Performance: with excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion, strong tension and good abrasion resistance, finding extensive uses in processing of oils, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace, machine making, etc.
Application: widely used for sifting and filtering and protection scope throughout the decoration, mining, petroleum and chemical industry, food, medicine, machinery manufacturing, building decoration, electronics, aerospace and other industries.
