Nickel wire mesh is made of nickel wire woven screen, the main common nickel wire is N4 and N6, N6 material mainly contains more than 99.5% nickel, applied to N4 material of nickel wire mesh can be replaced by N6 material of nickel wire mesh.

The main nickel wire mesh product is plain weave, twill weave and dutch weave. Plain weave main specifications for 1 -200 mesh, each weft wire passes alternatively over and under each warp wire and vice versa. Warp and weft wire diameters are usually the same.Twill weave main specifications for 1 -220 mesh, dutch woven type main specifications is for 45 -800 mesh, the minimum filtering precision can reach 20um, which is the filtering accuracy of plain weave and twill weave wire mesh can not reach.

Performance: with excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion, strong tension and good abrasion resistance, finding extensive uses in processing of oils, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace, machine making, etc.
