Features
- T-304 is standard stainless Fine, Medium, Coarse
- This sturdy market grade mesh is woven from a standard wire diameter which is heavier than the wire used to weave bolting cloth.
- Made by stretching and drawing through moulds, the stainless steel wire mesh is characterized by acid-alkali resistance, high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, smooth surface and bright color.
Applications
- Extensive used in processing of oils, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace, machine making, etc.
- Used for screening and filtering in the acid or alkaline environment, and used as a mud mesh in petroleum industry, as a screen mesh in chemical industry, and as a pickling mesh in electroplating industry.
Plain Weave
- Plain weave woven wire cloth is used for the majority of wire cloth woven by Hebei DaShang Wire Mesh Products Company. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below every weft wire and vice versa.
- Warp and weft wires are normally of the same diameter.
- Plain weaves are used for the majority of commercial applications and for filtration where a high flow rate is required.
